Notes

1. The only acceptable uniform for the Fall 2012 season is:
   - Puma Uniform Kit (from the FC Nova Soccer Club's Fall 2010 - Spring 2012 season)
   
   If you do not have access to a Puma Uniform Kit, you must purchase a new uniform for the Fall 2012 season. The Errea Uniform Kit is no longer a valid uniform.
2. Returning players should register by June 15th, 2012 if you want to request a specific coach, teammate or team change.
3. Players that are new to our league should register as early as possible, so that they will be placed on a team that practices near their home.
4. There are no guarantees of being placed on a team if you register after the Normal Registration deadline shown above. If you are not placed on a team, your registration fees will be refunded.
