FC Nova Youth League - Player Registration Steps
Important Safety Tip: Before performing any of the registration steps listed below, please read all 5 steps. Please remember to come back to this page after you complete each step so that you can continue with the next step in the process.
To register as a player in the FC Nova Youth League or FC Nova Juniors, please follow Steps 1 - 5 below:
Step 1 - Register Online for the FC Nova Youth League or FC Nova Juniors by clicking the following link:
Step 2 - Download and Complete the FC Nova Medical Release Form:
Your coach will collect the completed FC Nova Medical Release Form at your Team Meeting or first practice.
Note: The coach must have your child's completed FC Nova Medical Release Form in his/her possesion before your child may participate in games and practices.
Step 3 - Download and Complete the FC Nova Parent's Promise List Form:
Note: Your coach will collect the completed FC Nova Parent's Promise List Form at your Team Meeting or first practice.
Step 4 - Save $25.00 - If you also want register online for the FC Nova Plus Program
